Pangs and Cravings Return!

:cool:Pangs and cravings return today, with a bit of tetchiness too! The Hypnotherapy seems to be still working fine, but the longer I go on, the more intense the craving is for me. % times in the last hor I've subconciously reached for a fag. My mouth seems sore and burned. Too many mints?

Ach! Maybe just down. I'll forget about tomorrow and just stay smoke free today!!! :cool:

Returning with a vengeance!

After a long spell without cravings or even thoughts of a fag, they have returned. First thought this morning! know, with your support and a nudge from the Big Yin that I'll manage just fine!

I have been quit for 1 Week, 6 Days, 6 hours, 59 minutes and 3 seconds (13 days). I have saved £119.61 by not smoking 797 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Days, 18 hours and 25 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 05/03/2008 00:15

Kenny it's exactly the same for me too. Today am finding it really hard. My mouth is all sore too and i have ulcers. Am determined i'm not going to give in though. I wonder if we are both like this because we were heavy smokers?!

Another day gone, and feelin' good to have got there! A few really bad moments today when I wondered if I could get away with one fag without anyone knowing, but the hypnotherapists words just kept coming through stronger and stronger. Must phone the guy and thank him!

My mouth is all red and ulcered today, so eating anything is sore. Eve fizzy drinks are painful. Hope this one goes soon!

Well done Kenny - nice to see you are still here. My mouth was sore when I first stopped but the soreness does go eventually. I think mine only lasted about a week if that.
