My 8 Months

Well, today I have made the 8 month mark or 2/3 of a year.

Not too sure if there is anyone out there to celebrate with as most of my team don't post here anymore:(.

Just a quick one!...... Newbies! keep at it because it is so worth it.

Giving up smoking was one of the best decisions of my life!

Barney, well done you, 8 months is just fantastic.

I'm also a summer of 2007 quitter,(last cig on the champix mid July) although have had the very odd puff since- but still see myself as a non smoker.
