Thanks Danny you seem to be the only one who remembers LOL I forgot myself till I saw your post on your 8 Months (well done you) were has the time gone and how fast it goes when you get past 6 months, it just seems to whizz by.

I am just glad that I have been lucky enough to not have had a relapse, not saying there haven’t been times when a smoke seemed like a good idea but held it together with the help of this site and a strong desire to be a none smoker.

I really hope that I can get through the next 4 months and stay sane.

Keep that focus and 'want' at the forefront ............. you will, both of you, make the penthouse come December. A great blip free run is something to be proud of and keep on with.

Thanks Bell its the 11 months Im heading for as I have been there before and then failed so I hope its not my jonah, will keep using this forum and relying on my friends on here to keep me strong and smoke free.

You will have to let me know when you reach 6 months if it seems to get easier?? it did for me as if I hit a wall and then climbed over and although I do still every now and then think cigs it is not a bad thing just a thought and then a smile cause I realise hey I dont smoke any more and Im glad.

Jamangie - Well done. 8 Months is brilliant. I know what you mean about the time after 6 months. For me I realised I was just not thinking about smoking that much. Such a wonderful feeling.

You sound great and positive and you'll get to the Penthouse no problem.
