8 months ,and getting easier all the time

It's now been 8 months since I had my last fag ,still think about it sometimes but nowhere near as much ,still putting a bit of weight on,but slowing down now going to start going to gym in the new year ,to see if I can lose some of it ,but feel really good asides that,I hate the winter and can't wait for the summer to return,it's where I'm not allowed to work now and I get board ,still I hope evrey body has a great Xmas and happy new year ,I know it's a bit early ,looking forward to the arrival of the twins ,which could be any when now although not due till Xmas ,but usually arrive early,have a good one people

Twins arrived on 3/12/13

Hi all thought I'd let you know the twins have now arrived,Che the little boy he weighs 5ib and his little sister khaleesi who is still in hospital as she is a bit small 3lb,she will be aloud home in the new year ,can't even visit as a sickness bug is about so gotta wait for my first cuddle,still it's for the best,still off the fags and 9 months approach ,hope you all have merry Christmas and happy new year,stay strong
