Bad day

Hi all i have been realy struggling today with bad cravings for a smoke.I have stopped using the patches as from sunday as my skin cant take any more of them.I took my inhalor to work just for a back up if i got deseperate for fag as i had a 400 mile round trip,but i lost my inhalor down the back of seats in my truck after 10 mins never to be seen again.When i stopped at the services i was realy desperate for a smoke and was realy tempted to buy some when i see them behind the counter but i think the £6.50 price tag put me off.cravings not so bad now hopefully i will feel better tommorrow.

Sorry to hear you had a bad one. Someone told me last week you cannot have 2 bad days in a row and I can testify it is true. Well done for not giving in. You are a star!

Hi cat well im glad i wont have another bad day tomm,probally my own fault for not wearing the patches.But i have had enough of the patches apart from 2 days i have been wearing them for 10 weeks.So im going to tough it out without the patch hopefully it will get easier soon.Anyway how are you doing cat.
