I am so glad it is Friday, yet dreading the weekend as I know all sorts of temptations will be in my path.

Had a bad day yesterday, still kept off the ciggies so glad I did, feel great again this morning...My son and his wife are coming up to stay for the weekend so my pc will be switched off...Will report in on Monday
