That was a nice surprise because I actually thought it had been 5 weeks today not 6 so even better than I thought.

For weeks now I've wanted someone to offer me a cigarette - not because I wanted to smoke one but because I wanted to be able to say 'No thank you, I don't smoke'. But everyone I know who smokes knew I'd given up so didn't offer me one, then this morning someone did and it felt so good to be able to say 'thanks but I don't'.

I'm still hanging in there...still haven't smoked. Wow, the time is flying...sometimes I actually can;t believe I ever smoked...but then others I think damn..will I make it?

All in all, I couldn't have made it this far without you all here on the forum.
