I am having a bad day again...The weekend was fine and I didn't even remember I used to smoke but this morning it hit me again with a vengeance and I have been unable to shake it off since. I know this is all in my head but it is very hard...I am getting the tight chest feeling and it driving me crazy...

Help.

Thanks Boudee - it helps to get some encouragement. Although I am still gritting my teeth - arghhhh. I know I can beat this (like I did last time) - I do remember what it is like not to think about it or to feel like I am consumed by it. But it is such a struggle feeling this pull...

I had a bad one like this last week - may be it is just coming in cycles and I'll wake up tomorrow the regular happy non-smoker me

hope your bad day is getting better - at least there's less of it left now! Long hot bath, nice dinner and an early night might help. Hope tomorrow's much better for you, and well done for hanging on in there.

Hi,

Also having bad day - have decided more times to go and buy a pack of cigs but so far haven't given in - I keep thinking if everyone else can do it so can I (said with fingers and toes crossed) - anyway hope you get over today and tomorrow is better and brighter.

Thanks Boudee - I know I sound like a moan not every day is bad some are ok even good - popping in here for a moan gets me through the tough times.
