Thanks!!! I feel good knowing that the cigarettes I had in the last few days I didn't even enjoy. I didn't once think "aaah, it's lovely to have a cigarette". I was just waking up with a sore throat every morning and coughing. Not to mention thinking that I must smell bad all the time.

I'm sure I'll go through all the crap of not sleeping etc again but it will be so worth it.

Totally worth it. And that not sleeping business doesn't really last that long and that your sleeping should be better than ever.

Hi, I've had two slips in the past few weeks and am now 5 days off them again - time just flew by - like you hope I can crack it this time - will keep trying anyway no matter what even if it means picking myself up 100 times.
