Have I stopped 9 or 10 days???? I stopped at 12.30am on 19 Jan, I count is as this been my 10th day but my counter says 1 week 2 days which to me makes 9 days. Confused or wot??? Must be the nicotine withdrawel thats makig me thicker than normal! :confused::confused::confused:

Congrats on the quit, If you consider 1 day as 24 hours then at 12.30AM this morning you completed 9 days or 216 hours so that makes today your 10th day.

Who cares though eh! your are not smoking thats all that matters

thats true, thanx. i feel like one today tho! but, gonna be strong & let it pass. its not a craving its just tho i cant stop thinking about it. will it ever pass!!!???

Common error, it's important where you start counting from ...

Counting apples is easy point to the first and start counting one two three ..... nine.

When counting quit days you need to do the same thing, point to the first day and start counting, noting that the first day has 24 hours or, if you prefer to start counting from the moment you quit start at zero, the first day of your quit doesn't count (become an apple) until it's over.

thanks, so i've stopped 10 days at 00.30 tom morning, think ive sussed it. gonna stop tinking about it now cos my head's starting to hurt!!
