Day 18

Well I have made it to day 18 and after i pretty bad week i am pleased i am still here.

Yesterday there was a moment were I just thought i couldnt go any anymore but i took some deep breaths and drank some water and moved on.

Today I am going to the hairdressers to treat myself because i deserve it

How are all my other quit buddies doing today ??

Stil here - glad u didnt - dont go too drastic with the hair, u may hate it then where will u be majorly pissed off and a non smoker to boot!!! lol

My week has been full of ups and downs but the cigs wernt an option, i really really dont want one now - but i do feel boring - odd
