Someone enlighten me, im confused?

I started a thread about waking easier in the morning since i quit a few days back.

The last 3 days i feel exactly the same as i did when i was smoking :confused: im waking up with a tight chest, coughinh and the morning rush has come back again cause im sleeping right through the alarm.

I dont get it, i thought your supposed to feel better when you quit?

Eventually all the crap from your lungs has to make its way out, maybe thats what is happening to you? bIts a postive thing if it is, so rejoice in your cough
