1. The most compelling reason this time out was hearing my 61 year old brother crying on the phone telling me that he was just diagnosed with lung cancer.

2. I had a nice bout with pnuemonia in December.

3. Sick of coughing all the time.

HI my name is terry I'm so sorry for your brother,yes you are right is a good reason to quit .i guess when it is right in your face its hard not to yet it is still difficult.how long have you smoked for and how long has been since you've quit?

This is day 4. I have smoked approximately 23 years. :(
