Hello im new and im about to stop smoking,how is everyone doing? I know the first 24 hours are going to be a nightmare, i am wondering how to get rid of the feeling sick and dizzy bit?:confused:

Hellllooooo Well you have made the decision to stop so thats good. I find Deep Breathing, drinking lots of water and keeping busy the way i cope. You do have moments when you think you cant go on anymore but them feelings go and you feel really proud that you got over it. Just keep positive and stick with the forum as we are all in the same boat as you and can support you with this. x
