Stopped on Oct 1st

Hi Folks,

Just joined to-day,

I stopped smoking on the 1st of October using the 'Allen Carr' book.

I found the 6th and 7th weeks hard but now seem to be back in full control.

I think it was a combintion of over work and stress that had me on edge.

So far so good, Lets keep it up.

I stopped a coupe of days after yourself. How are you feeling now? I stil think about cigs but not in the "I want one way' ,more like "Did I really used to do that?" or "Glad I don't have to go outside in this cold weather anymore just to get my fix! What do you think?

I am on 8weeks today and still have good days and bad,

but we must keep positive and for me it is still one day at

a time as I had smoked for over 40 years.

well done keep up the good work, I've read the allen Carr books myself, he makes a lot of sense.
