A Milestone

I'm 6 weeks and 3 days into my quit, and I just realized that yesterday I didn't have a single craving for a cigarette. I'm not even sure I thought about smoking a cigarette at all yesterday.

I guess that's a milestone!

We are about the same and going strong. however never never think im ok i can take it or leave it. that was my downfall on my last quit. i thought i will just have a odd one socially, Ha ! nic soon had me in his grip again i can tell you. This time i know that little trick of his. I dont know if i know all hes gona throw at me but im a lot more guarded this time. Good luck x
