Well, sort of. It's been 1 and 3/4 years since I quit. It's not a nice round number, and it looks even worse if I express it as 639 days. But, it is a milestone, because it means in 3 months from now I will have passed the penthouse door twice, yay!

At some point you'll stop celebrating milestones but once in a while a particular day in the month or some event will make you count up the months/years you've been quit and it will make you smile and make you feel proud.... chances are those times it won't be a perfect round number either.... so really every day you don't smoke is a big well done.

Bella, you're right. I don't think I would be celebrating milestones quite as strictly if it weren't for the fact I'm reminded of them by being on the forum.
....but 640 can't be divided by 3! 639 divided by 3 is 213 which is my birthday Feb 13, which is also my quit date... that's pretty damn neat if you ask me haha
