Hello again, I am returning to try again ,fell at the post after 2 weeks.

I hope I have just finished my last cig, I have just destroyed the remaining cigs that where left in the packet.

So here we go again, I am off to bed now but I will be back in touch in the morning for a little bit of support.

Hello and welcome! Good on your for trying again. If you never give up you will WIN eventually. You can do it this time. Drink plenty of water and keep yourself busy. You have managed to get through two weeks and that is a huge accomplishment so you can kep going this time. Type on here and tell us how you making out each day!

What is your method? Cold Turkey by the sounds of it?! Good luck anyway and we are all here for you!

I do indeed! and its bloody hard work, Im back on the wagon again too after 3 months and I must admit I had forgotten how hard this was!

We can do it though Joan.

Tonight Im treating myself to a tub of ben and jerries phish food and maybe a bar of cadbury's thrown in for good measure (and I dont mean a 40p regular size bar hehehehe)

I gotta do what I gotta do to keep those cravings at bay!

Hi Ijust Joined A Couple Of Days Ago When I Was On Day 19. I Realy Duno How I Got That Far Without This Forum. They Keep Your Mind On The Quit Rather Than The Giving In. I Remember My First Few Days Were Awful And Ive Only Done Three Weeks 1 Day But Soooo Glad I Stuck To It. There Are More Good Days Than Bad, I Get So Confidant Then See Someone Like Yourself Coming Back And I Know Then The Battle Is Far From Over. I Quit Before But Fell Into The Trap I Thought I Could Take It Or Leave It. That Was 10 Years Ago Gasp ! I Was Too Scared To Fail Again. I Think Your Bloody Marvelous To Just Wade Back In Girl. X
