Tips from me :D

-Prepare your house the day or two days before..the usual chucking out ashtrays blah blah..BUT..also hide or eat all the junkfood..and buy in good stuff like cereal, fruit, veg..last night i sat and ate a whole box of strawberries!!which trust me i do not normally do..

-Buy polo mints and herbal teas..herbal teas are awesome they chill you right out..or they have been doing so far for me..and if you find it hard to sleep at night get ones with valarian[i think thats how you spell it] there is one that is just valarian tea..and i tell you it knocks you out you feel totally dopey after drinking it.

-water works really well..carry water round all the time and polos [seriously im addicted to polos now]

-ive been using patches..they work pretty well

-buy yourself something nice on your first day..u bought 2 nice tops and i was like woo hoo i can actually buy this now without worrying about fag money :cool:

and just remind yourself what it is your fighting against...a cigarette..something thats slowley killing you and your paying for it...its sad reallllllly sad...so just give up the cancer sticks ;)

Some good tips here fiona.

Drinking plenty of water was one way I used to quit also.... keeps you feeling healthy and refreshed.... also helped me lose afew kilos from not drinking all soft drinks :)

and yes we should constantly remind ourselves that cigarettes are not providing us with no benefit at all....

Keep at it guys.... :)
