Day 1 success

Managed the first day! I knew that the evening would be the hardest for me, as that's when I normally smoke the most. My plan was to lurk on here if things got bad, but my internet connection was playing up and i couldnt get connected

My backup plan was to go to bed at the first sign of trouble... i was tucked up by 8:45pm :eek:

Anyway, that's one day under my belt.
