On the 7th day, I still want a cigarette, but WANT is the key. Right now I don't feel like I am going out of my mind NEEDING. Now, ask me in an hour how I am doing and I must might say something different......lol.

Goodmorning everyone. I haven't been out here since last Friday, but its been a crazy weekend. The good news is, I am still smoke free. Its not as bad as it was. I still have moments, but they usually pass pretty quickly, and don't seem to some as often. My husband is being alot better and supporting more.

So how is everyone else doing out there?
