Hi - great decision and wonderful job you are doing at it too. Keep up the good work. Keep yourself busy and never let your guard down. When you least expect it the nasty cravings can hit....keep your head clear and remember 'just one' will lead to a pack a day  I say this because we have all had the thought go through our minds  Nasty thought it is too!!!

Stay strong as you are doing a super job. Congrats on your quit and know we are here for you every step of the way. Cheers ;)

Hi there, welcome aboard :) Really, NS4M's post has all there is to know! I'd just like to add one advice - enjoy your quit! Enjoy the different points of view it offers on life, enjoy the change in your routines, try and enjoy each and every moment of it, even the bad times because they will anyway mean the most awesome, important and life changing decision you could ever make! never stop feeling and enjoying the freedom that being smoke free means and you'll always sail smoothly :D:)
