If anyone looked at my previous quit posts, i had a real struggle for the first 3weeks.
This time i feel nothing. No craves , not fighting anything. I`m actually bored and fed up of smoking.
I was wondering if it was because i quit last time for 11 weeks , then smoked for 6 weeks and feel now like those 6 weeks never happened. It feels like i`ve carried on from last quit.Strange.
And if i ever do feel like a cig , i will remember Barneys dad.God bless.

Good morning Barb, its not strange if your body and mind are ready for it.
I had been wanting to quit for over a year, and had a half arsed attempt earlier in the year which lasted about 2 or 3 weeks, and those weeks were hard!!!
This time i quit on 3rd August and i've found it very easy, but i think its because i was soooo sick of smoking - i truly hated it, yet still chain smoked and stunk and looked at the cigs and thought 'why am i doing this to myself?!'
I heard that the average person takes 8 attempts before they quit  i'm sure this is different for everyone, but i think the principal is the same, if you've tried and failed in the past you know your weaknesses and triggers - YOU LIVE AND LEARN!!
WELL DONE to you, its really excellent that you are finding it easy today - be on your guard tho, the nicotene monster pops up and the oddest of times and you have to be prepared to beat him off with a stick!!
