Went out last night and had a beer....really had the urge to smoke since I was people I used to smoke with, but I made it through! Got a pedicure yesterday to treat myself for almost making the month mark!

it can be really hard when you first start going out after a quit but you have got through a massive hurdle,

Wow, good work hun for your 30 days! I too hate my job like you wouldn't believe and it can get very stressful, but if we smoked what would we achieve? the job would suck just as bad plus we'd be broke and have a nasty breath :rolleyes:

You are so right! I work with a bunch of smokers (which makes it hard sometimes)...but when they come inside I can smell it on them. I'm like "Gosh, I used to smell like that!"

Lol - I know how you feel. My hubby still smokes and I can always smell it on him. I use to think the smell went away after a few minutes from the ciggie when I smoked, but it NEVER goes away off of smokers, it just kinda dies off a bit, but it is always on them. I smell it most when hubby gets into bed. I don't HATE the smell, but I don't really like it either. :rolleyes:
