hey there i am new so i thought i would make a post in this section of the forum....

recently i quit gambling completely and its made me think about other things that affected my health i.e smoking....

i have been smoking for about 7 years and i'll list below the factors that make me want to quit....

health issues from long term.... i doing want to increase my chances on cancer/other smoking based diseases

health issues short term.... i do get some issues with pains in my heart from smoking which again i would rather not have..

the cravings.... i hate it when im with friends but i crave smoking so have to pop out of the pub for a fag or i could be meeting new people or be in a bit of a "nervous" type situation where all i would do is crave smoking ciggy after ciggy
