Hello Shell,

I'm still off the nic and still taking it day by day. I think of smoking but a little less all the time.

I haven't been on here very much lately but I will now because I'm on vacation for the next week. Nice to see you and the crew are smoke free.

I'm finding I don't care for some of the meals I use to eat. Taste buds are really working overtime now...
