Yippeee Day 4

Whew - I made it to day 4! I went out and got a pedicure to treat myself I am finding today is the hardest - yesterday was brutal, but so is today! Hanging in here and doing okay right now!

The first week is the roughest. Was for me anyway. Stay strong, reward the little successes. (sometimes that is by the hour) Does get easier. This is week 2 again for me, week 3 starts sunday I think. I don't keep track of the days anymore, too much going on in my life. Stress ....watch the stress cuz that is usually a person's downfall.

YES BOU it's day 5 for me! Very excited! Starting to feel that it is getting easier!
