Started Champix 10 days ago, last ciggy last night.
Moods seem to change in seconds not minutes or hours.. can be feeling quite positive and then, suddenly, realise I haven't had a ciggy.. do I NEED one? Yes. No. Not really. Definitely. No.
This seems like a good place to share these thoughts and perhaps to offer something to others too though right now, I doubt I've got much to offer. Hey, it can only get better right?!

thanks - it's great to read that what I'm thinking / feeling / fearing is actually not unique! Looking through the boards I was amazed to see that I am amongst people who are or have been going through exactly what I am.
Thought I was odd feeling sick on ChPx, poor sleeping, very lacking in energy - now I find that lots of folk on ChPx have the same troubles! So, early days but thanks
Most of the side effects I had on champix didn't even feature on the information leaflet (we are all still guinea pigs!). I was a nightmare bitch to live with for the second/third week. Now - just like a person who has never smoked I dont miss it AT ALL.
I do think that you have to want to stop in the first place and the fact that you are posting is great
Good luck, keep posting - this forum is so supportive - I'm not sure if its the champix that has helped or these lot on here!
