Day 4 & Going Strong

Hi All, Made it to day 4, stop day was Saturday, not smoked since 12.30 am Friday night/Saturday morning, I'm find it quite easy on champix, a bit too easy, where's the downer?:confused: , I'm sure it will come but hopefully not!, have tried everything from patches, Zyban & bioresonance treatment!!:mad: , but champix does really make it easier, smoked for 25 years on 30+ a day. Also reading a really good book "how to stop smoking & stay stopped for good" by Gillian Riley which is really helpful.

Im on champix too and its been far to easy for me too, thats me been stopped a week and i feel great!!

I have been quit for 1 Week, 2 hours, 8 minutes and 27 seconds (7 days). I have saved £17.01 by not smoking 70 cigarettes. I have saved 5 hours and 50 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 19/07/2007 06:00

Day 6 & not too good, had a really bad day at work & had a cig off one of the lads, good thing is it wasn't very nice, gave me a really bad headache, only the one though, see how it goes tomorrow!
