Feeling really good this morning. Day 27 and all's well. Only had a couple of tinnies last night and slept really well so no thick head this morning. Am gonna make the most of it by getting out for a good bike ride before it starts persisting it down again.

I feel good today. Been up since 8.30 and had no craves so far. Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.Better than yesterday.

it is actually quite sunny here in barrow-in-furness which is indeed a rare event!

Looks cloudy over the houses though, please dont rain I havent seen sunshine since the middle of June!:mad:

We had sunshine till around two thirty three then it was all hell let loose! thunder lightning and cats n dogs
