Hi All.

Well I’ve stopped counting the day and hours(6 weeks) and just getting on with life. I feel very good today had a lung test at the doctor and all went well. I still have a very good lung capacity for my age, (46) and that I smoked 20aday for 30 years the doctor said it was very good. Other things have happened too, the dry spots on my hands and feet have disappeared and my skin looks and feels better. Even the wife says I look younger how.

With the money I’m saving I went out and got me a bike. How I try to ride it three times week for 30-40 mins after work. I don’t get the bad headaches that I use to get anymore. Still get headaches but not the blinders I us to have. The cravings are getting less now and all in all things are looking up. How any body know how to give up coffee??????

All the best to you all and keep it up.

Ian.
