Hi everyone...2 days into week 4 and feeling good....picked up my NRT from the chemist today and I am going for the reduced strength patches...removing them before bed...and lozenges to keep any surprise cravings away...which are becoming very rare now....starting to feel confident I can keep this going....so happy to be able to say that.
Hope all fellow quitters are doing well...cheers gang, and thanks for all your support.

Well done guys. I'm finding the cravings are getting less and less and that I'm in a better mood in the mornings! Thinks its cause I'm no longer wondering when I'm going to have the first 'smoke' of the day!

This is bad. I was the youngest of 3 and always tagging along with droopy knickers and a runny nose, but your gang wouldnt be a proper gang without someone trying desperately to catch up and I am only about 2 weeks behind.
Hi Guys...sorry...not been on here for a while...like the sound of a gang...together we will beat this monster....see you in month 2.....what was the gangs name again?
