Start of day 8

Hi all, start of day 8 for me, but for some reason I feel a little down today.

I know it will pass, put my money away this morning and that is growing into a nice little pile. So I have to be positive my daughter as just said my glass is always half empty, so need to change my attitude.

It can be difficult to remain positive when there are so many physical changes going on. With your body all a bit unstable while it adjusts to a smoke free life and starts the process of repair, ups and downs in moods are to be expected. Maybe you should explain this to your daughter?

Remember they are all temporary, and they are all caused by GOOD changes going on.
