Well! Have officially made it a week!

Was gonna go out with my friend last night. Originally gonna give it a miss as wanted to avoid alcohol and temptation but the wife insisted that I face my fears. Anyhoo, didn't go out in the end but mate came round for dinner and had a few beers while watching the live earth concert and a film on telly (the Foo Fighters were awesome!!!) Would say I was a little merry but can actually say that I didn't feel tempted at all, even when the wife went out for one.

I wouldn't say that this means I would never be tempted when I've had a few but the temptation has gotten easier each time I've quit when smoking. I'm feeling more confident that I won't go back to smoking this time. I think my frame of mind has changed since the last 2 quits. Just gotta keep my guard up. Onwards and upwards!!!:D

I have been quit for 1 Week, 9 hours, 2 minutes and 34 seconds (7 days). I have saved £13.64 by not smoking 110 cigarettes. I have saved 9 hours and 10 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 01/07/2007 00:00
