Almost two weeks?!

I have almost made it to two weeks. I am so happy. I am finally taking care of me, myself and I. I keep having vivid dreams of smoking. It's very weird. Also had my first 'No thank you. I've quit.' #smugface. Keep kicking everyone... We got this.

Well done Nicole, 2 weeks is great!   Keep up that attitude and what a great feeling it is alright saying you no longer smoke :)

Yes, the smoking dreams, I still have an odd one almost 8 months in my quit, it is a bit unsettling when we have them but good as long as we don't make it a reality!

Wahey!!!!!

Don't worry about the dreams - very common, and they disappear after a while.

Sorry Lucy1255  / Kat, only seeing this post now.   I hope you got on well today at your communion (you must be from Ireland as in the thick of communion and confirmation season!).

PS Never think you need luck in your quit, its not luck that we do not smoke in our quits, but strength and lots of it at that :)
