thank god todays done felt great when i woke up then in the van on way to work one of the lads sat next to me rolled a cig and sparked up knowning im trying to give up was fuming could have thrown himout the window tried holding my breath while we got to job lol but when all said and done im threw day 4 no cigs and bring on day 5
