My opinion is that smokers are not trying to research their habit. They're trying to find some magical pill that will solve the problem. I quit smoking before a year and a half, and I feel like a non-smoker, but there was over a year period when I was trying to quit, almost everyday, finally I got tired of trying and not succeeding and that was the turning point for me. I don't think that every one has the same method, but there is a method, and that method should be your own. You'll be proud of yourself.
