I really hope no-one comes to visit me tonight Im sure the nicotine gum is giving me the worst wind ever DON'T LAUGH Am I chewing it wrong I do sometimes find myself chewing like normal gum instead of putting it inside cheek like it says.

I have heard several people here complain of the exact same problem! it may help if you park it up, because when you chew your stomach prepares for the arrival of food.

My thought is that if no food comes, the acids and stuff what stomachs' do, have to expel a different way if they can't break down the food.

Just a guess, no scientific proof as of yet but i may work on experimentation later in the year

It maybe something else altogether sure even the queen gets days like those theres a thought! (can't find a royal fart emoticon anywhere! lol)

Try some peppermint or ginger tea or just warm water to help relieve it

Its a very good cure for a very s**t week. I will let you know how I feel tommorrow, won't be able to spell, look at bright lights or even work my computer but I will have had a bloody good night WITHOUT SMOKING
