Hi I'm new and on day 3!

Hi All...

took the plunge and went from 20-a-day to zero a day on Monday :eek:

Have been really struggling but today seems even worse than the first. I can't concentrate at all at work so I decided to go on the internet to read up on all the reasons not to smoke and remind myself why I'm putting myself through this hell.

Anyhoo... just wanted to introduce myself. Think forums like this are a great idea - reminds you you're not the only person in the world who could kill for a smoke right about now!!!
