hello, I am a newbie on this website.Has anybody got some good tips to cope with cravings? I am familia with the breathing technics, but at times they just seem to be no help. I am nearly round the twist but, I do not want to cave in

I am on the NRT, but at times they are not much help. I would appreciate any help. labrador
