Yippee, almost 2 whole days!!
I'm suprised to say so far its been reasonably easy, though i have a foggy head, occassional headaches, feel a bit tired and sickly, and very restless
BIG DEAL i haven't put nicotine in my body for 44hours and it loves me for it!!!
God i hope i can stay so postive!!! Last night it was very hard for me after dinner, and i haven't had dinner tonight yet, so i may be back later saying how awfull it is!!!
Just as long as i can come back tomorrow and post on the Day 3 thread.
(Have also told everyone i work with now, so more people will be asking how i'm doing, definately an extra incentive to keep going)
