Why the rush? And why feel the necessity to lose half a stone when you have a healthy BMI? Why not just enjoy healthy eating, and if you lose a bit more, great, if not, well it shouldn't be a problem, should it?

You've answered TT's second question but not her first. You've done well to reach a healthy BMI so why not now enjoy your journey and let the further weight loss happen at a natural rate.

I know it's been mentioned to you before but if you're actually having trouble losing any further weight, why not use the Daily Diary so that people can give you some feedback on what you're eating and if there's any tweaks you might be able to make.
