Week 2. Lost 4 pounds last week (12st 1lb down to 11st 11lb). Don’t want to lose too fast but from previous weight loss attempts I always lose a lot more in the first week.
Trying to concentrate on portion sizes, plenty of water and exercise. So far restricted to wii fit as I have had a foot injury for about 9 months made worse when running or walking too many hills.
Main concern in the last week is actually getting ENOUGH calories. I don’t see the point of eating when not hungry just for the sake of it Anyone else struggling with this?

I suspect some of that weight is water weight and your losses will start to slow down.
To increase your calories, without increasing bulk, add natural fats, olives and olive oil, nuts, butter, cream, oily fish, etc, which will stop your body from going into a starvation mode.

Yeah, I didn't get enough calories for months and my weight loss stopped and then went up. When I forced myself to eat my weight went down 7 pounds in the last two weeks. Don't make that mistake. I have been working on this since the beginning of June. Good luck!
