Hi I’m 52, and really need to loose 3 stone, I eat a healthy diet but don’t do much exercise apart from walk my two dogs. Any suggestions and encouragement would be helpful. Thanks

Hi Thank you, Imwill certainly try that as I seem to have a very slow metabolism and it is sole destroying as I am not a big eater but don’t seem to loose weight either. Thanks
