I got weighed a month ago and was horrified about weighing 15stone 2lbs. I tried to be good for 2 weeks then started on this plan. I did another 2 weeks and with doing this and yoga lost 1stone so I am now 14stone 3lbs. Unfortunately I'm struggling this week and have completely slacked. I'm desperate for the get up and go again.

I may not be the best person to advise as I am at the start of this journey but in the past when I have struggled I have made sure I get a couple of really good nights sleep. Rest and relaxation gives me the opportunity to regather my thoughts and focus.
We all have busy lives so this is easier said than done, I know.
It sounds like you have done amazingly well so far. You CAN refocus and continue.
You have done amazingly well! If you can get this far you can do the rest. Think how good it felt when you seen the numbers coming down on those scales then finally lost that stone ! Fantastic.
I hope I can loose at least a stone. I will be soo happy 🙂

You have been amazing to lose a stone. Take time to think how far you have come. Do not under value your achievement; it is brilliant. I hope you find the biggest grin on your face when you think of it. Be proud of what you have managed and take more strength from that. I believe you can continue, and I believe you will be a great example for many of us to follow. I want to lose my first stone and I have a long way to go yet. Keep going strong; you can do it and we can follow your lead.
You are doing so well!!!When I first started-I was fluctuating for weeks-going up and down until I settled. I'm progressing much slower than I'd like but I'm of the opinion it took me a very long time to get to the weight I was at, so I shouldn't imagine I'll get rid of it fast. It helps me when I despair at the no loss weeks...")
The first month is the most difficult so you have done really well to lose nearly a stone! If you fill a bag with books/tins to a weight of a stone and try to pick it up you will be pleased you are not carrying that amount around permanently anymore . Maybe look for new recipes in the pinned section on here too for meal ideas. Best wishes, onwards and downwards
