Just wanted to say hi again, I'll confess that after losing 5 kg in the first part of the year I got complacent and I have regained 2 kg during the summer, my mistake is no longer counting calories and exercising less regularly... I also stopped checking the forum...I am sure most of you might know how it is coming off the rails...no need to get into the detail...
Anyway, just wanted to say hi and thanks for still being there, I'm going to pop round here more often looking for information and motivation to get moving again.
I have not counted calories today but I am pretty sure I have not gone above 1500...
I am currently at 70.2 kg and aiming to loose 5kg...
I don't just want to loose weight though, I am looking for a change for good...
