Quick Question?

Is it okay to move to another weigh in day?

I've decided I don't like doing it on a Monday. I never go mad on a weekend but I have a treat Friday and Saturday. I find this makes me a little nervous for weigh in on a Monday and I end up eating hardly anything on a Sunday, which is not the right thing to do.

I want to move to Thursday is that's okay? I used to do Thursday at weight watchers and found it worked really well :)

Thanks in advance πŸ˜ƒ

See you tomorrow!! 😊

Whatever works for you personally I think. I do a Sunday morning weigh in which I like purely because before the plan Friday was chippy and chocolate night and Saturday was Chinese takeaway and X-Factor watching night so as these were my two worst days I chose Sunday morning for my weigh in to ensure I was definitely good on Friday and Saturday and then Sunday I can have a treat (which I don't actually do anyway!) and still with 6 days of the week until the next weigh in. I know, I know, it's good to treat yourself now and again before anyone jumps on me but I have an addictive personality so when it comes to food it's all or nothing so it's best for me personally if I don't have a food treat but have a non food treat instead which I love as each week my other half says "as you've done so well this week" and presents me with flowers or smaller clothes or something silly that he knows i'll love. The best one was my bracelet - Β£1.99 from the shop by the beach, it's white leather with little silver beads on, nothing posh just a cheapy thing but each time I exercise I wear it, and each time I'm anxious I put it on and when I need to kick myself up the arse I look down at it and say to myself "this girl can" and it keeps me going because I know if I did it last week I can do it this week and ultimately reach my goal. With the whole plan you eventually find what works for you and keeps you in line or motivated so go with what you feel works. :)

Yep what ever works for you and keeps you motivated to carry on eating healthy :)

I did treat myself yesterday - instead of my normal breakfast I bought a bacon roll on my way to work - now that was a treat for me :)
