Almost imperceptibly my weight is falling and this week I've slipped down into the 75 to 76kg range. It has hovered all week and settled at 75.8kg this morning, from 76.1kg last weekend.
I'm away on a two-week break this evening and hoping to be able to maintain the same strict eating and drinking regime that I've managed to keep to for 5 weeks but wouldn't be surprised if that slips as I'll be staying with relatives who want to FEED me! I'll just have to be strong and say "No thank you" an awful lot!
Anyway, if my weigh-in this morning could be recorded tomorrow I would be very grateful and we'll see if I have managed to remain disciplined when I come back in a fortnight!
