Good morning Day 4 for me Im feeling proud of myself Not 1 biscuit this week and during the evening(my nibble time) Im having a buttermint tea or fruit I feel Im on track and having a good week so far If I do feel weak I sit down and come online so you are all helping me Thank you and good luck to us all

Fab - keep going! Biscuits are my weakness too but I have banned them from the house until I can trust myself. You are doing really well. Buttermint tea sounds really nice, I must try that!xx

Sounds like your having a great first week, keep it up! Well done for not being tempted with any biscuits or nibbles in the evening. Just think what a lovely result you will have at the end of the week on the scales.

well done. I too would sit of an evening and happily eat not biscuits, but chocolate & wine!!! Been on this journey since May. Me & hubby have got use to our new way of life. Keep it up.
