Fab - keep going! Biscuits are my weakness too but I have banned them from the house until I can trust myself. You are doing really well. Buttermint tea sounds really nice, I must try that!xx

well done. I too would sit of an evening and happily eat not biscuits, but chocolate & wine!!! Been on this journey since May. Me & hubby have got use to our new way of life. Keep it up.
I have now eaten all the biscuits in our house! Just need to never buy any more!
