Good morning! I've woken up today determined to lose weight and get fit. Last week I joined a ladies only gym and got back on my bike again after spinal surgery last year - cycled 5 miles on Wednesday ando 7.5 miles on Friday. I also go to pilates class on Wednesdays and walk my dog. This all sounds good but I'm finding it very hard to lose any weight. I've been on steroids which doesnt help. I'm desperate for help and guidance. I've just downloaded the 12 week plan so have some reading to do. Wish me luck. Jan
